Metrics are not campaign analytics

Price, cap rate, NOI, square feet, rent, and similar values describe the property. CREBuilder does not currently expose open or click analytics for Email Blasts.

Build the single-property design

  1. 1

    Choose the template

    Single-property composer > Template

Preview Modern, Bold, Editorial, and Minimal with the actual property.

Expected result: The selected template renders the intended information hierarchy.

If this does not happen: If controls are missing, confirm this is an Individual property campaign rather than Multiple properties.

  2. 2

    Choose the campaign colors

    Single-property composer > Colors

    Choose readable brand colors.

Expected result: Desktop and mobile preview show the selected color palette with clear contrast.

If this does not happen: If text becomes hard to read over imagery or backgrounds, increase contrast or choose a simpler template.

  3. 3

    Choose the title font

    Single-property composer > Typography > Title font

Choose the font for campaign headings.

Expected result: The preview applies the selected font to the title hierarchy.

If this does not happen: If headings become hard to scan, choose a simpler title font.

  4. 4

    Choose the body font

    Single-property composer > Typography > Body font

Choose the font for paragraphs and supporting copy.

Expected result: The preview applies the selected font to body content.

If this does not happen: If paragraphs become hard to read, choose a simpler body font.

  5. 5

    Open editable property content

Live preview > editable overview or highlights

Select the editable overview or highlight.

Expected result: The inline editor opens for the selected content.

If this does not happen: If the content is not editable, correct the source property document instead.

  6. 6

    Correct the property wording

    Live preview > inline editor

    Enter the source-verified wording.

Expected result: The inline editor shows the revised property narrative.

If this does not happen: Do not change a factual value without checking its source.

  7. 7

    Commit the property wording

Live preview > inline editor > commit control

    Commit the inline change.

Expected result: The preview and autosaved draft show the revised property narrative.

If this does not happen: If a source fact is wrong outside the editable area, correct the property document and reopen or refresh the campaign.

  8. 8

    Choose campaign sections

    Composer > Sections

    Enable only useful available sections.

Expected result: The preview contains no empty, repetitive, or irrelevant sections.

If this does not happen: If an expected section is absent, confirm this is an Individual property campaign.

  9. 9

    Choose property metrics

    Composer > property metrics

Select the facts that support the message.

Expected result: The preview shows only relevant property facts.

If this does not happen: If an expected metric is absent, verify the source document type and property data. Do not type a substitute into an unrelated field.

  10. 10

    Order the gallery

    Composer > Gallery

Keep Automatic for the first four images, or select photos in the exact desired order up to the four-photo cap.

Expected result: The gallery label shows the selected count and preview follows that order.

If this does not happen: At the cap, remove one image before choosing another. Reorder by clearing and selecting in the desired sequence if no drag control is offered.

  11. 11

    Review website-link eligibility

    Composer > Website link

    Read the complete availability state.

Expected result: The composer identifies whether Listing Hub and the selected property support the CTA.

If this does not happen: If the state is unavailable or unknown, verify the listing before changing the control.

  12. 12

    Enable the eligible website link

    Composer > Website link

Enable the CTA only when the selected property is published in an active Listing Hub.

Expected result: Preview shows a valid public property link.

If this does not happen: If ineligible, publish and verify the listing first or omit the CTA. Do not paste an unverified route.

Verify the final design and recover source issues

Single-property design check

  • Subject is specific and no more than 300 characters.
  • Template, colors, and fonts remain readable.
  • Overview and highlights match the current source.
  • Only useful sections are enabled.
  • Gallery has no more than four images and the order is intentional.
  • Property metrics use correct units and transaction context.
  • Website CTA resolves publicly when enabled.
  • Desktop, Mobile, and full preview were checked.
The gallery ignores another click

Likely cause: A manual gallery already contains four images.

  1. Check the selected-count label.
  2. Remove an unwanted image.
  3. Select the replacement in the intended final order.
An image or property fact is wrong

Likely cause: The composer is drawing from the completed source document.

  1. Save the draft.
  2. Correct the source document or image order.
  3. Return and verify refreshed campaign content before sending.
The website link is unavailable

Likely cause: Listing Hub is disabled, the property is not published, or status could not be confirmed.

  1. Open the property publication controls.
  2. Publish only if intended.
  3. Retry availability.
  4. Leave the CTA off until a public check succeeds.
Mobile preview is crowded

Likely cause: Copy, sections, or image choices create an overly long or dense message.

  1. Shorten the introduction.
  2. Remove lower-priority sections.
  3. Use fewer stronger images.
  4. Check all links again in Mobile preview.
