CREBuilder Mail — send blasts from your own domain

New

Send property emails without connecting anything

CREBuilder Mail sends your email blasts for you — from your own domain, so recipients see your address and your domain carries the reputation. No Mailchimp, Gmail, or AWS account to connect: request access, add the three DNS records we generate, and send. During early access every account is approved by hand, usually within a day.

Put your Listing Hub on your own domain

New

Connect a domain you already own

Your Listing Hub can now run at an address like listings.yourcompany.com instead of a crebuilder.com link. Enter the address in Listing Hub settings, add the two DNS records we generate at your domain provider, and click Check DNS. Your listings, property pages, inquiry forms, and analytics all keep working exactly as they do today — just under your own brand. The SSL certificate is issued and renewed automatically, at no extra cost on any paid plan.

Connect your domain
  • Property pages and inquiry capture work on your domain too — visitors stay on your address the whole way through.
  • Shared links and social previews use your domain, so posts and emails unfurl under your own brand.

Convert a document to another format

New

Turn any finished document into a new format — in one click

Built a Broker's Opinion of Value and now need an Offering Memorandum and a For Sale Flyer for the same property? Open the document's Convert action, choose the new format, and CREBuilder spins up a fresh draft with all your content — rent roll, financials, sales and rental comparables, photos, maps, contacts, and branding — already mapped into the right sections. Your original stays untouched, so every version of the deal lives side by side.

Try it from your dashboard
Improved
  • Convert works between any document types — Offering Memorandum, Sales Teaser, Leasing Package, For Sale Flyer, For Lease Flyer, and BOV. The new draft keeps your template and brand styling when the design supports the target format, and otherwise uses a clean classic layout with your colors, fonts, and logo intact.

12 new template designs

New

A dozen brand-new ways to present your deal

Twelve fully bespoke template styles — Apex, Meridian, Monolith, Vantage, Estate, Sandstone, Atlas, Marquee, Metro, Lumen, Anchor, and Axis — now sit alongside the classics in the template picker for Offering Memorandums, Sales Teasers, and BOVs. Each has a distinct cover (diagonal wedges, oversized type, editorial mastheads, clean info cards, vertical spines, and more), matching interior page styling, and its own header / footer / page-number treatment. Drop in your brand color, fonts, and logo and the whole document follows.

Browse the templates
Improved
  • The template picker now shows a true-to-life preview of every style — populated with a sample cover photo, logo, broker contact, and price / cap rate / NOI — so you can see exactly how your deal will look before you choose.
  • Cover photos fill the page edge-to-edge on every design (wide aerials and tall building shots both look full, no more empty white space), and every cover carries your logo, an "Exclusively Listed By" contact block, and your headline metrics.
  • Each template name in the picker is now set in its own typeface, so the styles are easier to tell apart at a glance.

Portfolios, Multi-Building Campuses, and Land Assemblages

New

Sell multiple properties as a single transaction

Pick "Multiple Properties" at the chooser and CREBuilder treats the deal as a portfolio (scattered locations) or multi-building campus (same site). Each building or parcel carries its own address, tenants, expenses, and propertyData. The document rolls everything up — Portfolio Properties cards, combined rent roll with per-building key facts, Blended Cap Rate on the cover, Allocated Value per property on Valuation Summary, multi-marker portfolio map, and a Portfolio Financial Summary with per-building columns + a total. Land Assemblages (multiple contiguous parcels offered together) work the same way using Land as the property type.

Create a portfolio
Improved
  • Dashboard + Documents pages now show portfolio docs with a "Multi-Property Portfolio" or "Multi-Building Campus" subtitle in place of an address, plus a hover-revealed list of all building addresses. Property Types dropdown filter has a new "Portfolios & Multi-Property" option.
  • New marketing page at /property-types/portfolio explains the feature with live previews. Each template card shows a different sample portfolio (MF / Retail / Land) so the page reads as a real product, not a single repeated cover.
  • AI suggestion panel now renders on Executive Summary / Investment Highlights / Location Highlights / Property Overview / Property Highlights for portfolio docs (was silently hidden because the doc-level property type was empty).
  • Building Name / City / Zip inputs on the Buildings step are no longer laggy when typing — local-state buffer makes keystrokes instant while the save still debounces in the background.
Fixed
  • Decimal inputs on Assumptions (Cap Rate, growth rates, reserves), Expenses, Additional Income, Net Lease tenants, and Hotel ADR no longer eat the dot mid-typing — "7.5" stays "7.5" instead of becoming "75".
  • Login, wizard Continue, and PDF Export buttons no longer double-fire on rapid double-click (was producing duplicate POSTs / wasted server work).
  • Property Name now autosaves every 800ms instead of waiting for Continue — tab-away or refresh between keystrokes no longer loses the input.
  • Selling Price flushes to the server on blur so closing the tab inside the debounce window doesn't lose the edit. Failed saves now surface a toast instead of failing silently.
  • Single-property OM render (/render/{id}) no longer stalls 7+ seconds waiting on a slow third-party API for nearby highways.
  • Editor pages (Buildings, Property Data, Rent Roll, Review) settle to their final height immediately instead of growing as data loads — eliminates a 600px content jump.

Attach a property video to any document

New

Property Video — YouTube, Vimeo, or self-hosted

Paste a video URL on the Images & Media step and we surface it three ways: a small "View Property Video" play badge on the cover, a matching link beside the Key Facts on the Property Summary page, and an embedded player in a new "Video" section on your public Property Hub. Works on Offering Memorandums, Sales Teasers, and Leasing Packages. Click the new card thumbnail to edit, or the × to remove.

Open a document
Fixed
  • PDF logos with transparent PNG backgrounds were rendering as solid black boxes on the downloaded cover and TOC pages. Re-encoding now composites alpha against the right backing color, so logos render cleanly on both light and dark templates (the heritage cover was the most visible case).
  • Wizard side-nav no longer locks future steps for the next viewer of a shared document — opening a doc after someone clicked Back to an earlier step now resumes from the furthest reached step, not the regressed one.
  • Market Overview no longer overwrites the owner's saved content when a collaborator or admin opens the document. The Wikipedia/Wikidata auto-populate is now scoped to the owner only.

Improved
  • Listing Hub property cards now show different stats for For Sale vs For Lease at a glance. For Sale shows Cap Rate / NOI / Building Size; For Lease shows asking Rent / Available SF / Open Spaces. Cards are also ~30% shorter so more fit per screen.
  • Listing Hub header is shorter and the company address / phone / website is now legible against the gradient background.
  • Map+Grid view fits two cards per row on desktop, with the map sized to 40% of the width — easier to browse a long list without losing the map.
  • Address line on each listing card is now bigger and uses your brand-color map pin, instead of the small grey text it was before.
  • Image editor crop tool minimum zoom dropped from 50% to 10%, so you can zoom way out and capture wider crops of the original photo.
Fixed
  • Contact info on documents now falls back to your account profile whenever the document-level contact fields are blank — fixes the "wrong contact / missing logo / missing profile photo" issue on shared and freshly-imported documents.

Document transfers, team invites, and contact sync

New
  • Team invites no longer expire. The seat is paid for the moment the invite is sent, so an invite that lapsed used to mean paying for an empty seat. They now stay valid until accepted or cancelled.
  • Invitees who already have a CREBuilder account can accept a team invite by signing in — they no longer hit a dead-end registration page. Their documents travel with them when they join.
  • Admin team list now shows the team's actual admin (name + email), with a flag when the billing contact is a different person.
Fixed
  • Transferring a listing to another agent no longer makes the pictures, financials, and details look wiped. The data was never actually deleted — just attached to the wrong record behind the scenes. Listings you already transferred have been re-linked automatically.
  • Adding a team member as a co-listing agent now carries the full profile through. Previously only their name and email came over; title, phone, and license number stayed blank even when filled in on the member's profile.
  • Reply-To on contact form and listing inquiry emails now goes to the submitter, so hitting Reply addresses the customer instead of looping back to our support inbox.
