Email Blasts
Turn any completed property into a polished marketing email in a few clicks. Create a campaign in your Mailchimp account, send directly through your own Amazon SES setup, or download provider-ready HTML for the platform you already use. The email is built from your listing’s data and photos; you choose the look and who gets it.
What Email Blasts are
An Email Blast is a ready-to-send listing email generated from a property you’ve already built. Open Email Blasts from the sidebar; drafts save automatically as you work, and past sends are listed for reference. The guiding principle: you own the sending account and reputation. CREBuilder builds the email, then delivers it through the method you choose.
Email Blasts are a paid feature, included with any paid plan.
Connect a send method
The hub shows a “Send with” row. Choose the method that fits your workflow:
Mailchimp
Create the campaign in your own audience, then review and send it from Mailchimp.
Amazon SES
Send direct from your own AWS SES setup for higher-volume, self-managed delivery.
Download HTML
No connection needed — download the finished HTML and use it with another email provider.
Manage connections any time under Integrations. Because sending runs through your own provider, deliverability and your sender reputation stay in your hands. On a direct SES send, CREBuilder adds a compliant unsubscribe link and honors your account-wide suppression list so you stay CAN-SPAM-clean.
Create a blast
Click New email blast and pick a completed listing. The composer opens with the email pre-built from that property — cover photo, price, cap rate, NOI, square footage, highlights, and your broker card. On the left you set everything (subject, template, sections, colors, recipients); the right is a live preview that updates as you type.

Templates & sections
Four templates set the overall style — Modern (clean cards, accent bar), Bold (color bands, big stats), Editorial (serif headlines, magazine rules), and Minimal (whitespace, text-forward). Then toggle exactly which blocks appear: cover photo, your message, summary, key metrics, highlights, photo gallery, demographics, a website button, your broker card, and the company footer. Drop anything you don’t need for this send.
Write a short personal note in the “Your message” section — a one-line “thought this fit your box” reads far better than a cold listing dump.
Recipients
Pull recipients straight from your CRM with the recipient picker — filter by tag or pipeline stage, or hit Fits this listing to grab the buyers whose buy-box matches this property — or paste a list of addresses. The picker feeds the direct-send (SES) path; for Mailchimp you choose the audience when CREBuilder creates the campaign in your account.
The tightest sends come from the CRM: one click on Fits this listing grabs the buyers whose buy-box matches it, so a new industrial deal goes to exactly the people with an industrial mandate.
Preview & send
Flip the preview between desktop and mobile and open it full-screen to proof it. When it’s right, send through Amazon SES, create the campaign in Mailchimp, or download the HTML. Drafts autosave throughout, so you can step away and pick up later, and you can duplicate a saved draft as a starting point for the next one.
