Questions
- Does CREBuilder send the email, or do I?
- Either. CREBuilder Mail sends on your behalf from our shared domain, with your name and Reply-To address. You can optionally verify your own domain for higher limits. Or download the finished HTML and send it yourself.
- Why verify my own domain?
- It puts your domain in the From address and raises the included sending allowance. Domain verification is included with Pro and is optional for your first approved send.
- What is included with Pro?
- Email design and HTML export are included with Monthly and Annual Pro. Approved CREBuilder Mail accounts can send within their included limits. Paid monthly sending plans can be added in Settings after account setup.
- How much does higher-volume sending cost?
- See the Email sending section on our Pricing page for monthly recipient allowances and prices. Paid sending plans are added after signup from Settings > Email & sending, work on our shared domain or your own verified domain, and are paid through Stripe. Monthly and Annual Pro have the same included sending allowance.
- Can I use my own email signature?
- Yes. Paste it in once from your email client. Common tables, logos, phone numbers and links are preserved, and unsafe executable markup is removed before it is appended to a send.
- Who can I send to?
- Any segment of your CREBuilder CRM: a tag, a pipeline stage, or the contacts whose recorded buy-box matches the listing. You can also review and edit the recipient list before sending.
- Is unsubscribe handled for me?
- Yes. CREBuilder Mail adds a signed unsubscribe link and automatically suppresses contacts who have opted out. If you download the HTML, your own provider handles it.
- What if I don’t use any of those?
- You can download the finished HTML and paste it into whatever you do use. The email is built either way.
- Do I have to connect an outside account at all?
- No. CREBuilder Mail starts on our shared sending domain. If you later want your own domain and higher limits, add the three DKIM records we provide. Set up sending in Settings > Email & sending. Your current allowance and any review requirements appear before you send. You can also download the HTML for any other provider.
