The current Starter plan is $0 with no credit card required. Starter documents have no trial countdown. The free CRM includes 100 contacts and 10 active opportunities across your company, plus manual tasks and notes, with no time limit. Email sending and advanced features require Pro. It includes 3 documents with basic templates, supported property data, maps, online viewing, and a CREBuilder watermark. Upgrade to Pro to remove the watermark and unlock unlimited documents and PDF export. Plan availability and features are governed by the Terms of Service.

Pro Monthly is $89/month. Pro Annual is $69/month ($828 billed once a year), saving you $240/year. Both include all core CREBuilder features: CRM, Email Blasts, Deal Rooms, Listing Hub and property websites, unlimited documents, premium templates, PDF export, financial tools, maps, supported property data, and social tools. Annual adds exclusive perks on top: 1 free custom template build with design assistance from our team, 30% off custom document orders, priority phone + chat support (Monthly includes email support), and early access to new templates. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time from your billing settings. CREBuilder Mail requires account approval and the Email Service Agreement. Sending limits apply equally to Monthly and Annual Pro; domain verification raises the included allowance. Higher-volume sending plans are available after account setup.

Start with any Pro plan, then add team member seats for $49/seat/month on monthly plans or $38/seat/month on annual plans (save $132/seat/year). Each paid seat gets their own login, document library, and full Pro features. Teams of 5+ seats qualify for volume discounts — contact sales for a custom quote.

Coordinators are operational team members, such as admin assistants or marketing coordinators. They can work across the company CRM, documents, listings, deal rooms, and email workflows. They do not consume a paid seat because they cannot own documents or manage billing, roles, and company settings. Every document they create belongs to the broker they create it for.

Your documents always feature your own contact card — name, photo, phone, and email. An additional contact is a second person, like a co-listing broker or assistant, whose details appear alongside yours on your documents' contact pages. Pro includes 1 additional contact at no extra charge. Team seats are different: each seat is a full login with its own document library.

Yes. Cancel future renewal from your billing settings without a cancellation fee. Your monthly or annual subscription stays active until the end of its current paid billing period, then converts to the Starter plan. Unused time is not automatically refunded or credited.

Your paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period. Before it ends, export anything you need. The account then returns to the Starter plan, where editing and new PDF exports are limited; continued content availability is governed by the Terms of Service.

Yes. Our design team builds bespoke templates tailored to your brand — your layout, colors, and sections — usable across every document type and shared with every seat on your account. Annual members get their first custom template build free; additional builds, and builds for monthly members, start at $99 and are quoted per project. It's a popular option for teams that want every agent's marketing perfectly on-brand.

Self-service checkout accepts major credit and debit cards through our secure billing provider. Available wallet options are shown at checkout. Assisted ACH is available for qualifying annual teams by contacting sales. We do not offer Klarna, PayPal, crypto, or self-service invoice terms.

At the end of your annual term you can choose a monthly plan for the next renewal. Contact support if a billing record appears incorrect; a mid-term change does not promise a prorated refund or credit and is handled under the Terms of Service.

CREBuilder does not automatically issue refunds or credits for unused subscription time. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support so it can be reviewed under the Terms of Service.

CREBuilder supports a structured listing CSV import for one external export format. Contact support before a larger migration so we can confirm the source format, fields, and expected result before anything is written.

The price shown at checkout applies to the subscription term you purchase. CREBuilder may change plan pricing or features for a future renewal with notice as required by law and the Terms of Service. Your billing settings show the price and cadence currently associated with your subscription.
