What you will accomplish

Review and Customize workspace at the final content and compliance review stage.
Inspect every visible page for content accuracy, design consistency, permissions, and required compliance language.

Goals

  • Catch factual inconsistencies
  • Catch visual and access problems
  • Approve only the latest saved output

Four-pass final review

Before you start

Data, sources, and access to prepare

  • All source sections saved
  • A named person responsible for final approval
  • Access to the original property and financial sources

Prepare these details

  • Close unrelated editing tasks
  • Open the latest source files beside CREBuilder
  • Use a desktop-sized preview
  • Assign a second reviewer when company policy requires one

Complete the task

  1. 1

    Review factual identity

Review & Customize > cover and summaries

Compare the property name, address, transaction, price, and headline facts with the approved source.

Expected result: The identity is consistent across opening pages.

If this does not happen: Return to the owning wizard field for any conflict.

  2. 2

    Review calculations

Review & Customize > financial pages

Compare one financial page at a time with the approved analysis source.

Expected result: Totals, periods, units, and calculated metrics reconcile.

If this does not happen: Correct inputs in the financial wizard instead of typing over output.

  3. 3

    Review narrative

Review & Customize > narrative pages

Read one page as the intended audience.

Expected result: Claims are specific, supportable, and free of unresolved placeholders.

If this does not happen: Edit the narrative source and save it before continuing.

  4. 4

    Review media

Review & Customize > visual pages

Inspect every image, map, logo, and plan at normal viewing size.

Expected result: Media is sharp, relevant, correctly cropped, and correctly attributed.

If this does not happen: Replace or remove the source asset when quality is inadequate.

  5. 5

    Review contacts and disclosures

Review & Customize > contact and legal pages

Compare names and required language with approved records.

Expected result: The intended contacts and disclosures are present.

If this does not happen: Update Profile, Contacts, or Confidentiality as appropriate.

  6. 6

    Review the page sequence

    Review page strip

Read the visible page titles from first to last.

Expected result: The sequence is complete and coherent.

If this does not happen: Restore a required hidden page or move an out-of-sequence page.

  7. 7

    Approve the saved state

    Review & Customize

Record approval only after the save state is complete.

Expected result: The document is ready for a fresh output.

If this does not happen: Repeat affected review passes after any later edit.

Verify before you finish

  • All four review passes are complete
  • Every issue was corrected at its source
  • The final page sequence is approved
  • The document save state is complete
  • A new PDF or publication check will follow approval

Troubleshooting and next steps

Review changes continue after approval.

Likely cause: Another collaborator may still be editing or an issue was found late.

  1. Withdraw the prior approval.
  2. Wait for the new save.
  3. Repeat every review pass affected by the change.
The source of an incorrect value is unclear.

Likely cause: The template may reuse structured data across several pages.

  1. Use the page edit action when available.
  2. Search the wizard for the matching field label before altering narrative.

Final verification

  • Review & Customize > visual pages: Media is sharp, relevant, correctly cropped, and correctly attributed.
  • Review & Customize > contact and legal pages: The intended contacts and disclosures are present.
  • Review page strip: The sequence is complete and coherent.
  • Review & Customize: The document is ready for a fresh output.
  • No blocking warning, failed status, or unresolved validation message remains in the completed workflow.
