Open Images and Media and choose a clear cover photo that identifies the property. Upload the image and wait for the thumbnail to finish processing. The thumbnail confirms that your photo is ready to use. Select the cover preview to inspect the page at full size. This template places the photo inside a fixed frame. Check which parts of the image are visible. Click directly on the photo to adjust it. Use the zoom control to refine the crop. Then drag the photo to position the building within the frame. Keep important features visible and avoid empty edges. Select Done to finish. Check the updated cover once more before moving on.

Now add supporting photos from Images and Media. A Single-Page Image fills a separate document page. A gallery page combines related photos on one page. Select Multi-Image Page to create a gallery. Choose the storefront and aerial files, then confirm the gallery. Wait until both images appear. Arrange the images in a clear sequence: the building first, then its surroundings. Use the arrow beneath the first photo to move it later. The order saves automatically. Select the gallery preview to inspect the actual page at full size. Check the image order, spacing, and crops. Give each photo a clear purpose. If the page needs correction, return to Images and Media and check the saved result again.
